July 2019 Jammie brought Kelsey another handmade dress from a character in Pinkalicious!  One of my bestest friends, Jessie, turned the big 4-0! Me and Amie helped her hubby plan a surprise party with all her favorite things! There wasn't much exciting that I can remember from Aug 2019, but in Sept, I went to a work conference, had a painting party for door hangers at the house, and had a fun beach trip near Cape Hatteras with the Lockharts! The house we got was super tall and the stairs were tough, but we had a good time. Thanks to Aunt Dana for planning! Kelsey is dying to go back. October was quite eventful. I went to South Padre Island, TX for a work girls trip. SO FUN!! Karaoke in a bar and reeking of cigarette smoke. It's been a while since I saw smoking in a bar! We also went on a Dolphin cruise. Love those ladies! Aunt Wendy and Uncle Dan invited us on another beach trip so how could we refuse? We also got to meet new cousin, Connor!  October 2019 marked my 5 year anni...

 Since we had gone to Disney for the days leading to Kelsey's bday, and I had a work conference on her actual bday, we celebrated with some friends and family the weekend after at one of Kelsey's favorite restaurants, Chili's. The wait to get a table and service was enormous, but our girl still had fun. Jammie also made her a super cute "Pinkalicious" dress! My funny Valentine In March, Jim and I escaped to the Big Apple for a few days to celebrate the wedding of one of my dearest friends, Caroline. I got to see so many old friends, and show Jim some fun in NYC. Unfortunately, I got super sick so was basically hotel-bound for a couple of days, and it was COLD. We made it out to see Frozen on broadway, and Roosevelt Island. In March, we also went to DC to see Dad and Robin, and so Giles and Ann could meet Kelsey.  Easter was fun in Semora, of course! Before I write this, I am sitting at home currently under self isolation from the pandemic outbreak of COVID-19 virus in 2020. It's so bad that even Disney is closed indefinitely for now. It's nice to reflect on the good times of about a year prior! In January 2019, I had an N2 conference in Orlando right around Kelsey's 3rd bday, so we used to opportunity to cash in some credit card points and take her to Disney for her first time... See A LOT of pics below... not only did she go to the Magic Kingdom for the first time, but she went on her first 2 plane rides! She was super excited to chew gum while flying! She got to meet a ton of princesses and characters... It took a little while to adjust... and surviving a horrible cold rainy day... But ultimately we had a great time!  She LOVED rides! Especially the roller coasters. And she was pretty tuckered out... We can...
