Hello All My Loyal Fans! ;)

Here I am to tell you all about the excitement of my life back 6 months ago now, in June of two thousand and ten! The main focus for me then was my 3rd Annual Stitch N Pitch with the Durham Bulls. To the outsider/attendees, it may have seemed to go off well, but to me... well, I lost some respect for the Durham Bulls organization, and I was exhausted and glad when it was over! It was fun though, though FREAKING HOT! I couldn't knit cause I couldn't seem to cool down. I overheat pretty easily.

The Bulls pissed me off because this is the 3rd year I have done this with them and yet they suddenly had a problem with me putting an Adam & Eve logo item (just a little coin purse this year!) in MY EVENT'S goody bags!! It wasn't a Bulls sponsored event and there was nothing explicit AND I had put something from A&E in the bags both of the previous years with no problems! This was a private event, so I felt like I was being unfairly censored! When it comes to issues of Principle, I get all Norma Rae-like and fight back. Sometimes good and sometimes bad.... anyway the night of the event, I wore an A&E shirt and threw the coin purses to my group in the stands anyway. Nobody said anything to me, cause there was nothing to say. Harumph. Anyway, I haven't decided if I will organize the event again... I may pass the torch. Interested?
