2015 was HARD.

After the first few weeks of being pregnant, I was sick all the time basically. I had especially bad headaches. I did finally get some relief with a special medicine, just in time to see Van Halen in concert. During my pregnancy, I was averse to almost all meat and I could barely eat, so I actually LOST weight. Lauren was also pregnant, and we went up to DC for her baby shower in the summer, and then Shep was born October 19, 2015. I knit him a sweet sweater that is more for a keepsake than anything. I don't think it ever fit him! In Sept, I drove to Nashville cause I had a work conference and also to see Kiki and Brinn! The drive was long and hard since I wasn't feeling the greatest. Later in Sept, Jim and I took a "babymoon" to Dad's cabin in Vermont, with a day trip to Montreal. It was fun to explore and have real Canadian poutine! I didn't feel the greatest though, so I'd like to go again sometime. In October, we pu
