Leigh and the fam came to charlotte a couple of weekends ago and I got to see the boys!

Well I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving!! Gobble gobble. Now it's time to get ready for xmas. I'm decorating tonight. Mom and Meemaw came to town over the weekend, I went shopping, went to see Twilight with Alice (mmmm, Robert Pattison).... This week is full of xmas parties and such... LL

I was surprised to find NO LINE at all this morning when I voted. Don't know if that's good or bad... My sister and her family is coming to charlotte this weekend, and I am going too.... it's mom's bday on thursday too... can't wait to see the boys!!!

I didn't dress up like I planned, cause I had a bad headache this morning... oh well. I can try again next year. Maybe my Snow White costume will actually fit again by then... Have a good weekend Ghouls and Gals! LL

Went to Williamsburg with DJ, Alice, and Chais this past weekend. I hadn't been there in years, and we saw the colonial/ historical stuff. It was very pretty. I want to go back in the spring to go to Busch Gardens though. We'll see if that happens. Kiki got engaged! Her and Phillip are gettin hitched. Yay!! Can't wait to go see them in Nashville again. Bad news. My cheesy xmas sweater didn't win anything at all at the fair, and I am pissed. LL

My gloriously smart boy fixed my electronic setup yesterday!!!! My router had been "broken" for over 3 years, and he fixed it and now my computer can be wireless again AND tivo can be hooked up at the same time.... speaking of wires, he fixed the jumble of wires behind my tv too, so everything is hooked up correctly and neatly. YAY for smart boys! Now I just need a new battery and cord for my old-ass computer. LL

Last weekend... Beerfest was very fun! Got drunk but then sober enough to drive home. I also finished my Cheesy Xmas Sweater, which I hope will soon become the "Blue Ribbon Winning Cheesy Xmas Sweater", since I dropped it off as an entry for the fair yesterday! It turned out great. Just how I imagined... you may oooooooo and ahhhhhhh now.

Jim helped me with this one... they are made from 3 different butt plugs and 3 different vibes... the best is definitely Vader, and Yoda... much better in person though.

So, I hinted at it before I think, but work is having a contest for the employees but customers get to vote on the winners... so as soon as I have the voting info, I will post.... the contest is to take sex toys and dress them in a costume for halloween. So in case you don't talk to me much, I had an interesting week. Weds, I fell down the stairs at work. I didn't break anything but I was badly bruised and was sore until yesterday. I still have evidence, but luckily not in pain any more. Also luckily, DJ took care of me some. I ended up taking a day and a half off work. Besides that, I had a good weekend. Did some stuff with DJ, some crafts, some cleaning, some porn reviewing, etc... Alice had her housewarming party and was dressed divinely in a dress she borrowed from moi. She looked very domestic. This week, I have some crafts to finish (sex toy decorating and xmas sweater still), and then this weekend is my first BEERFEST. Yay! Should be fun. LL

with my girls (with purls). I love those purl girls. We stayed at an awesome house i found in oak island, very close to southport. We went to a great yarn store in southport too. I was good and didn't buy *too* much. Don't have much time to knit these days anyway!! I didn't even make it to the sand though. Supposedly it was beautiful and the water was perfect, but I laid eyes on an extremely comfy recliner when i walked in the house and basically didn't move much from it whenever we were at the house. I missed DJ like crazy, but I will be in town the next couple of weekends at least so that's good. LL

Last night I finished tucking in the ends and even washed and dried it in an attempt to even out the stitches a bit, and it worked!!!! now, I just have to embellish the crap out of it. hopefully, it will win something at the fair.

Jim is such a delightful man. I think I should start a fan club. :) LL

So first of all, New Jersey is a horrible horrible place. I went to NYC monday night and spent tuesday shopping with caroline which was lovely. I ate at Mama's (yum!) and at John's Pizza (yum!), and saw Ginny. Then we went to see Xanadu on broadway. awesome! Weds, I had lunch with matt and dinner with justin and then i was off to new jersey. The hotel in New Brunswick was good, but it took so long to drive anywhere. We had to take car services everywhere. Thurs, we went into the city for a radio show- Opie and Anthony. Bree jerked some dude off on the air. That was... interesting. I love that girl though. That night she stripped at a club in NJ, and she shook her boobs in my face. We bonded. Friday, we went back to the city for another radio show. This time, Bree was hypnotized, which was crazy. Then off to NJ for the convention and the masses of porn fans. Then the girls signed thru sunday. Last night, I went out with DJ. Yay! He is fadorable. I am slightly giddy today. LL

It was a great place. Beautiful and fun. And a lady lives there, and soon to be another. Brinn will arrive there in their new house soon!! I will definitely go back. Friday me and Kiki went to see Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. Haha. total chick flick. it was cute. saturday, we went to some really cool vintage stores and such and i got a real cool western-style shirt. i can't wait to wear it with my red snakeskin cowboy boots! sat eve, me, kiki, and her man phillip went to downtown to see the honky tonks and stuff. it's a really cool strip of live music everywhere. and there were bats in the trees. tons of flying squeaking bats. it was trippy. sunday, we had a lazy lady day and went shopping a little bit. i got some really cute pj pants with an owl on them, and a few cute things from old navy. well, now i'm at work and in trip limbo. i am supposed to fly out to nyc tonight to hang out for a couple of days and then there is a trade show we were going to in northern nj....

going today to see my lady Kiki!!! hopefully, no hurricanes stand in my way. LL

I am almost done with the knitting part. A slight change in plans at the end. I was gonna have big snowflakes across the top, but it will be a pain in the ass with the neck shaping, so instead I'm gonna put small snow on top when embellishing. my favorite row so far is the santa heads. Ain't it cheestastic??? And that's not even the beginning of the tackyness that will ensue! LL

I love fraggle rock. And the whole series comes out as a box set soon. I especially love the trash heap and Wembley. But Gobo was an asshole. LL
