And, It's a Boy!

So, I have given birth to a beautiful baby boy over this Labor Day weekend. Ha ha. Just kidding, but I really had you going for a second didn't I? No? OK fine.

I had a lovely long weekend, free of contractions. I worked some extra hrs at the yarn store, finally went to Venice Beach, and had a picnic. AND, Liz was in town, so I got to see her briefly last night.

Trying to get something started now with TouteSuite, so let me know if you'd like to be involved in any way. Brinn and Brent have been cooking up some pieces, and my new friend Dave may give me some too. Yay!

BEWARE the IDES of MARCH

Today's History Lesson: The ides of March is one day that continues to appeal, marked because that was the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated in the senate, in 44BC. Its modern-day memory is thanks, like so many things, to Shakespeare's way with words. In act one, scene two of Julius Caesar, Caesar asks a soothsayer what the future holds. Caesar: Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music Cry "Caesar!" Speak. Caesar is turn'd to hear. Soothsayer: Beware the ides of March. I've decided to educate you guys a little bit more instead of just filling you in on what i eat, etc. Maybe I'm inspired my my new magazine subscription to Mental Floss... hmmm. we'll see how long it lasts. Here I am. I got full time status at AVN, so I am officially a pornhead. whatever that means. My old friend Justin in NY is thinking about visiting here in March, so that's something fun. hmmmm, let's see... what else is going on? I'm getting Brooklyn spayed on friday, finally. Dad is pressuring me to move to NC asap, but I am gonna wait til summer if i can help it, but money is pretty tight. Hell, it's more than tight. anyway, just a quick update on the ins and outs of my head. LL
