Short weeks abound!
The last 3 weeks have been short weeks at work (of course I was sick most of it and couldn't enjoy!), and the next FIVE weeks are short too!! A great way to welcome in summer!
I am finally 100% healthy, and feel great.
LA was fun, I am just now human again though... thursday I got in, and Rob picked me up at the airport (he got in a small accident on the way though... ), and then I slept for a couple of hours in my hotel, The Standard Downtown LA. This was a very hip place. The rooms were mostly white, there was a platform bed, and the bathroom was all GLASS!! crazyness. so me and katy did not share. Thurs pm, Rob, Brandon, Julie, and I had dinner and drinks at the hotel... they have a great and very trendy rooftop bar. They have lots of couches and these waterbed pods by the pool.
Friday was the first day of the show. Got set up in the afternoon and the girls showed up to sign in the evening... I met them for the first time. They were all very sweet. Pretty crazy of course, but sweet.
Saturday was the longest day and most crowded for the show. We also had the FAME awards that night. I had to escort the girls around on breaks and stuff like a Mother Hen so they wouldn't get accosted or into trouble. I was ready to peck at anyone who tried! Before the awards, I took the girls to the red carpet and acted as bellhop with all their bags and purses while they were interviewed, etc... then there was some drama with a couple of them, nothing big but high emotions... After the show, me, katy and some people went to Denny's with Stormy Daniels, who is probably the biggest porn star right now. She was in the 40 Year Old Virgin and other stuff too... she is so sweet too. She won Favorite Director, and took her award into Denny's... too funny.
Sunday was similar to friday, and then we took the redeye home that night! When I got home monday morning, I crashed and slept all day.
