Welcome to October of 2009. hahaha




October was filled with trip after trip after trip. First, I went to Myrtle Beach with Staci and friends for a girls crafty weekend. (Staci and Amy look really enthused in the pic!)

My biggest trip was to Nashville, where I was able to see one of my favorite dogs, Barnaby, and meet Baby Lady Yvie. Also got to go to Nathan's amazing haunted house. Very cool. Lady time is always cool.

I was also introduced to Partylite products, and am now addicted, and have opened my own business as a Partylite Independent Consultant. Support me by making an order thru my website (www.partylite.biz/leslielimerick) or booking a show!

Finally, I went to SAFF in Asheville, my first yarn show. It was awesome. And LOTS of adorable yarn producing animals, including a very special baby llama (pictured) and a sheep named Clara. I even learned to spin my own yarn!

Hopefully Nov won't be far behind...

BEWARE the IDES of MARCH

Today's History Lesson: The ides of March is one day that continues to appeal, marked because that was the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated in the senate, in 44BC. Its modern-day memory is thanks, like so many things, to Shakespeare's way with words. In act one, scene two of Julius Caesar, Caesar asks a soothsayer what the future holds. Caesar: Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music Cry "Caesar!" Speak. Caesar is turn'd to hear. Soothsayer: Beware the ides of March. I've decided to educate you guys a little bit more instead of just filling you in on what i eat, etc. Maybe I'm inspired my my new magazine subscription to Mental Floss... hmmm. we'll see how long it lasts. Yo People

Here I am. I got full time status at AVN, so I am officially a pornhead. whatever that means. My old friend Justin in NY is thinking about visiting here in March, so that's something fun. hmmmm, let's see... what else is going on? I'm getting Brooklyn spayed on friday, finally. Dad is pressuring me to move to NC asap, but I am gonna wait til summer if i can help it, but money is pretty tight. Hell, it's more than tight. anyway, just a quick update on the ins and outs of my head. LL
