A Beautiful Weekend!!!

March 28, 1974 - A streaker (i.e.: someone running around naked), ran onto the set of The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson. The clever NBC censors decided to blackout the lower half of the TV screen on the videotape to prevent an ‘X’ rating. The streaker was arrested, but released, for “lack of evidence,” said Johnny.


Had a lovely Easter Weekend. Picnic was fun. We played Bocce ball and had an egg hunt. I also got some much desired sun. AND Carolina made it into the final four!!! Go heels!!

Wayne will be here in a WEEK!!!! I can't wait! AND he's meeting me in NYC for my Birthday!!! Too good to be true!

BEWARE the IDES of MARCH

Today's History Lesson: The ides of March is one day that continues to appeal, marked because that was the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated in the senate, in 44BC. Its modern-day memory is thanks, like so many things, to Shakespeare's way with words. In act one, scene two of Julius Caesar, Caesar asks a soothsayer what the future holds. Caesar: Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music Cry "Caesar!" Speak. Caesar is turn'd to hear. Soothsayer: Beware the ides of March. I've decided to educate you guys a little bit more instead of just filling you in on what i eat, etc. Maybe I'm inspired my my new magazine subscription to Mental Floss... hmmm. we'll see how long it lasts. Here I am. I got full time status at AVN, so I am officially a pornhead. whatever that means. My old friend Justin in NY is thinking about visiting here in March, so that's something fun. hmmmm, let's see... what else is going on? I'm getting Brooklyn spayed on friday, finally. Dad is pressuring me to move to NC asap, but I am gonna wait til summer if i can help it, but money is pretty tight.
