Ah, Corned Beef. Even the Astronauts can't live without it.

March 23, 1965 - Astronaut John Young became the first man to eat a corned beef sandwich in outer space. When it comes to events of progress, we will certainly add this to the record book, now won’t we? ...along with that golf club stunt of Alan Shepard’s from the surface of the moon years later. Young smuggled the sandwich on board in order to supplement the astronauts’ meals of dehydrated foods, including powdered fruit juice (Tang).


I went to Target last night. Dum da dum dum. I bought 4 dvds, and the cutest easter basket in the world. A peeps chick soft plush basket. You gotta love those peeps. Bitin off their heads.... plucking out their eyes... sucking off their sugared skin. MMMMMM.

I love easter candy.

Why is it I can never get out of Target for less than $100? I go in to buy one or two things, and leave with a carload. It's sick, actually. I think the ads leech subliminal messages. There's just no way to resist!

BEWARE the IDES of MARCH

Today's History Lesson: The ides of March is one day that continues to appeal, marked because that was the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated in the senate, in 44BC. Its modern-day memory is thanks, like so many things, to Shakespeare's way with words. In act one, scene two of Julius Caesar, Caesar asks a soothsayer what the future holds. Caesar: Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music Cry "Caesar!" Speak. Caesar is turn'd to hear. Soothsayer: Beware the ides of March. I've decided to educate you guys a little bit more instead of just filling you in on what i eat, etc. Maybe I'm inspired my my new magazine subscription to Mental Floss... hmmm. we'll see how long it lasts. Here I am. I got full time status at AVN, so I am officially a pornhead. whatever that means. My old friend Justin in NY is thinking about visiting here in March, so that's something fun. hmmmm, let's see... what else is going on? I'm getting Brooklyn spayed on friday, finally. Dad is pressuring me to move to NC asap, but I am gonna wait til summer if i can help it, but money is pretty tight.
