Break Up Letter

Dear Blond Guy,

We shared some good times in the 20 words or so that we spoke... but I'm afraid I must end things before they get out of hand.
It seems that you have a lonely wife waiting at home for you in Seattle, and I feel for this poor woman. I am a true lady and will not hone in on such a situation as this.
I will mourn you as though you were dead. So I must say goodbye.
But Jeff, you will forever be my blond guy.

Update on me

What's new? Well, I'm moving back to NC, Charlotte to be exact at the end of August, most likely. I do karaoke every Monday night with a new group of friends and we rock it out. I'm going to Hawaii in June and I still don't have anyone to go with me. EEK! LL

BEWARE the IDES of MARCH

Today's History Lesson: The ides of March is one day that continues to appeal, marked because that was the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated in the senate, in 44BC. Its modern-day memory is thanks, like so many things, to Shakespeare's way with words. In act one, scene two of Julius Caesar, Caesar asks a soothsayer what the future holds. Caesar: Who is it in the press that calls on me? I hear a tongue, shriller than all the music Cry "Caesar!" Speak. Caesar is turn'd to hear. Soothsayer: Beware the ides of March. I've decided to educate you guys a little bit more instead of just filling you in on what i eat, etc. Maybe I'm inspired my my new magazine subscription to Mental Floss... hmmm. we'll see how long it lasts.
