A LOT has happened...

First of all, I am still getting over my illness... but mostly better. Second of all, I got a NEW CAR!!! I got a 2008 Yaris (copied Marri!). I love it... though it's a stick which I am getting used to again.I will post pics soon.

Last night, Mark took me to a Tarheels game at the Dean Dome. It was my first since 1999! It was against Iona, so we won of course... it was fun!! I hope I get to go to more.

We're having a pot luck lunch today at work, so I made my usual Mac N Cheese. It smelled so good last night, it was so hard not to eat some.

Back home for a day...

So here I am back in Durham. Ah, my bed. My pets. It's a good thing. But I can't get used to it, because I go to NYC tomorrow. But first in the morn, I have a real interview at Adam & Eve. But I get home, and right after I picked up Elle, my car started overheating. ARGH!!!!! I should have just gotten a new car. And I just went to watch stuff I tivoed this week, and it's all blank! That's happened a couple of times now. It's the cable. I have to restart it. Blah. Beth is gonna take me to my interview tomorrow, and Katie is gonna pick me up and take me to the airport. Life savers! I can't take my car in til Monday I guess. Anyway, I shouldn't go to NY, but I am. I need to get away and not think about my car. LL

Dear Blond Guy, We shared some good times in the 20 words or so that we spoke... but I'm afraid I must end things before they get out of hand.
